This could be a good forum for advise for a case pending against me in the courts concerning possession of methamphetamine that happened on January the 10th of this year.  Subsequently I discovered that the penalties are very draconian to say the least in the state of Arkansas. A girl I have always liked called me up after 6 months and asked for a ride. Knowing her habits I asked her if she had any thing on her she said yes.  I told her I did not want it in my car.  She said it was only cutter.  I tasted it and it tasted like baby powder or rather had no taste so I said ok but she would drop me of at the mall after picking up a friend of hers and she could do what I knew she was going to do. Get some real stuff.  So I let her drive.  supposedly no one else in the car had anything on them either..., thus the need for the car.  Before she could drop me off,  she gets pulled over by the police.  Turns out everybody in the car, except me,  had something on them.  She, I discover, is wanted for jumping bond of 100,000 dollars ( very high in Arkansas) . They seize the car ( mine) take my money (700 dollars) and arrest us all.  I retained a lawyer for 5000 dollars and now I think he is worthless.  My court date for statement of plea or trial is July 20th.  The prosecuting attorney claims there is no new discovery and the police write it up as only finding residue in some baggies.   She's  already been sentenced to 10 years on about 10 other charges besides the ones from the police stop I was involved with. Another friend of hers (also in the car) gets 5 years also for a gillion other charges.  The other guy in the car, ( I do not even know his name) is still awaiting  trial.  So I think I am SCREWED.  Any advice?

I NO LONGER LIKE MY BLOG TITLE....,

THIS might explain why it has taken me so long to have a subsequent post.  I am now more clear about what function I want this thing to be.  function to be,.. yes, that is what I said.  Since I want it to be concise and omnidiciplinarian I am not going to say any more about it.  Just be sure to read this second post well.  I want as many readers as I can get.  You see,  I am none to bright and I would like to see how many of you kind readers would help me with the many many questions I have about..., well, virtually everything.  be sure to tell me if it is true or your opinion.  I want your opinion too.  I also want suggestions about my writing.  how I can improve, what you know about blogging and other internet verbal commerce, and I do not want to make money in this endeavor .  After all money to me seems to becoming more and more worthless.  So I would like advice on what is really of value to you, not just the obvious ones like happiness, love, friends and actually working at what you truely like.  Variety of value and why,  indulge me please.   I AM BEGGING: TALK TO ME ABOUT WHAT MAKES YOU WANT TO GET UP IN THE MORNING .   I am on disablity. So, I guess I need advice on how to live.  none of the conventional advice I have recieved by other methods has met with much success.  Thank you

My Part As A Citizen

I am finally doing what I consider my part as a citizen of the United States of America.  I am devoting a blog to political and value laden issues of this tragic era we have entered as a nation. I am not a conspiracy theorist or a doomsayer, rather, a realist.  With that said, I believe that if we the people do not educate ourselves to the realities on the ground, and, from those realities make our voices heard, we will not be able to avert our ever consistent movement into decline, regression, and decay.
